Elizabeth Carter

Ms. Carter has been a member of the firm since November 2009. Elizabeth is a native of New Jersey, having returned to the state after living in the Boston area and more recently in Westchester County, New York. She has over a decade of law firm and administrative experience.

She holds a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and a J.D. from New England School of Law in Massachusetts. In her position as paralegal, she focuses on estate planning, estate administration and trust administration. Elizabeth's work involves drafting and preparation of estate planning documents, maintenance of life insurance trusts, preparation of estate and gift tax returns, and assistance with respect to estate administration and probate matters in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.
