Kevin A.
Pollock, J.D., LL.M.
Kevin is the managing member of the Law Office of Kevin
A. Pollock in Pennington, New Jersey. Kevin directs the firm's estate
planning practice and specializes in tax, estate planning, probate,
charitable giving and trust administration.
Kevin graduated from Rutgers
College, with a B.A. in History and a minor in Japanese.
He was the recipient of the Henry Rutgers Research Scholarship and a
member of Phi
Beta Kappa. During his junior year, Kevin studied abroad
at the Kansai
Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan and can speak conversational
Japanese.
Kevin received his Juris Doctorate
and Sports Law Certificate from Tulane
Law School in 1999 where he was a Legal Research and Writing
Fellow, the APALSA Secretary, and a member of the Asian/Pacific-American
Law Students Association Moot Court Team.
Kevin graduated from New
York University Law School in 2000 with a master's degree
in taxation, with a focus on estate and gift taxation.
Kevin is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
Kevin is a member of the New
Jersey Bar Association, the Mercer
County Bar Association, the Mercer
County Estate Planning Council and the Lawrence
Township Public School Board of Education. Kevin is also
the co-chair of the Planned Giving Committee for the
Children's Home Society of New Jersey.
Michael
H. Joseph, J.D.
Michael
H. Joseph offers quality legal services to the New York City and Westchester
communities. He is experienced in personal injury litigation including
traditional accident cases, construction accidents and accidents at
sea.
Michael
also handles criminal defense matters, including misdemeanors, drug
cases, felonies and DWI; immigration applications, including work visas,
family visas and asylum; and business and estate planning matters.
